OFC is an independent, third-party Lessor. Your single point of contact, whose allegiance is to our customers, not to a parent manufacturing company or to a regulated bank parent. As a general Lessor, we can finance a large variety of equipment types from numerous vendors and sources.

We have specialized experience within the high-tech, healthcare and manufacturing industries, but we've also financed tens of millions of dollars in other industries. We can finance leases for both our own portfolio and funding partners, which helps ensure the delivery of the most flexible structure with a competitive rate. Our minimum transaction size is $100,000; however, we can set up lease lines of credit to accommodate multiple small equipment acquisitions. We have yet to find a maximum transaction size.
